Every child needs someone. So does every family. What if it's you?

We all wish our jobs weren’t needed. Because that would mean we’ve achieved our goal.

Where every child in Queensland is safe and cared for.

But right now…

  • We need people like you. To help us deliver the best future—for children and families. To rise to the challenge of ever-changing work. And to ensure that children's voices are heard, no matter where they live in Queensland.

Why join us?

We asked our people to share why they choose to bring their skills to the department and why they stay. Here’s what they told us.
