The work you do here can change the trajectory of young lives for good. There will be times when you’ll be a voice for children who have none. We know that’s a big responsibility. But we also see it as a privilege—to walk alongside children and families, to keep them safe, and to help build the better futures they deserve.
For me, it's more than just a job.
Every family deserves a second chance to make it right, and we provide that support.
It's not the easiest job in the world, but it's a really important job.
