Scenic Rim March Against Domestic and Family Violence—Beaudesert

As part of Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month, a March Against Domestic and Family Violence will be held in Beaudesert to show support for victim-survivors, their families, and all those impacted by domestic and family violence (DFV) and coercive control. The event will also highlight available support services and provide an opportunity for the community to send a united message that violence in their community will not be tolerated. Following the March, speakers will share further reflections about DFV, including what the Scenic Rim community can continue doing to stand against it. A free community lunch will then provide a space for continued reflection and opportunities to connect with support services. Community organisations, businesses and the general public are all welcome to attend and help create meaningful change.
