Annual Report

The Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety annual report 2024–25 summarises our financial and corporate performance for 2024–25, and is an integral part of our corporate governance framework.

It is a key tool in ensuring we are accountable to stakeholders, Queensland Parliament and the community about our activities. It has been prepared to meet the needs of stakeholders and our department’s accountability requirements under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 and the Financial and Performance Management Standard 2019.

This report assesses our financial and non-financial performance against the objectives and performance indicators set out in our Strategic plan.
