Ms Kay McGrath OAM

Kay McGrath is a respected Queensland journalist and advocate whose career in media has spanned more than 4 decades. Known to many Queenslanders through her work with the Seven Network, Kay has long used her platform to raise awareness of child protection and DFV prevention. She has supported a range of organisations, including the Daniel Morcombe Foundation, Protect All Children Today (PACT) and Act for Kids. In recognition of her contribution to both the community and the media industry, Kay was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) and named a Queensland Great.
